This includes insulated packaging and cold gel packs to help protect heat-sensitive imported chocolate and candy during warm weather shipping and avoid melting, damages, etc. due to weather.
While we take every precaution possible, melting may still occur in extreme temperatures.

I loved the heat proctective ice packs.
I ordered 2 crunchies and I have only eaten 1 and it didn’t taste good, it tasted old and stale. I do not plan on eating the second one, they were very disappointing. I have yet to finish eating the rest of the order.
Aside from my Golden Syrup being dented, and a packet of Monster Munch being burst (and therefore a little stale) the packaging was absolutely top tier! Despite travelling multiple days across different states, nothing arrived even slightly melted. It was definitely worth the small cost increase for the summer protective packaging.
BP make best use of their protective packaging, best price I believe, British chocolate arrives unmelted.
Order arrived on time and in good shape. Used the the Heat Protection option.
Came in a nice box to keep it fresh
Cookies arrived in perfect condition.
Well worth the extra fee!
Also, the company packed everything so well.
Cookies wrapped in individual bubble wrap.

My parcel travelled from California to Florida over quite a few days so by the time it arrived the package was no longer cool but thankfully there was a sticker on the box saying protect from heat so I assume the Post Office tried to do that. They arrived on a Monday so I am not sure where it spent the weekend. Nothing was melted even though I did order a few chocolate items so I was happy about that.
