British Pantry Co. is a U.S.-based retailer of authentic British food and specialty products. All orders are fulfilled from our facility in Los Angeles, California. We are committed to authenticity, quality handling, and dependable nationwide delivery.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders placed are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased
Correct pricing errors
Cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

If your payment method is declined or reversed, we may cancel or suspend your order.

4. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law. Free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying U.S. domestic orders over designated free shipping threshold, after discounts.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Rates (U.S. Domestic Only)

Our shipping rates vary by package weight and size. We utilize USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days after dispatch

Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure events.

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of food and beverage products, food items are non-returnable once shipped.

Eligible for Review:

Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2–3 clear photographs (box + packaging + affected items)

Resolution

Approved claims are issued as store credit only (digital gift card or account credit). We do not typically issue refunds to original payment methods.

Refused or unclaimed shipments

By purchasing from British Pantry Co., you voluntarily assume all risks associated with storage, preparation, handling, and consumption of products. Products may contain or be manufactured in facilities that process: Milk, Eggs, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Soy, Wheat, Gluten, Sesame, Mustard, Fish, Shellfish. Customers are responsible for reviewing product packaging and ingredient labels prior to consumption. We do not guarantee allergen-free products.

The product may be near, at, or past its printed date
“Best Before” typically refers to quality, not safety
You are purchasing at a discount with full awareness

All such items are final sale.

10. Proper Storage & Handling

Customers are responsible for proper storage upon delivery. We are not liable for spoilage due to:

Heat exposure after delivery
Improper storage
Delayed retrieval from mailbox/doorstep
