Out of date from 2 month back not the issue I received it melted taste very bad I did email the company but no respond yet
Hi Eman, We're very sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order. We also sincerely apologize that you didn't receive a response before today. We are a small family-owned business, and your email came through over the Fourth of July holiday weekend while our office was closed. Unfortunately, your original email only contained photos of the packing slip without a description of the issue, so we weren't aware that the Twirl bars had arrived melted until we saw your review this morning.
We'd be happy to make this right and have reached out to you directly to reach a resolution.
We would also like to clarify for future customers that these Twirl bars were purchased as a Short-Dated Special, with the best-before date clearly disclosed on the product page before purchase. Additionally, the order did not include our optional Summer Heat-Protective Packaging, which we recommend for chocolate orders during the warmer months to help reduce the risk of melting in transit.
We truly value your business and hope you'll give us the opportunity to resolve this for you.
Love Twirls, they are one of my favorite chocolate bars. They are milky and creamy and if you dip them in tea very quickly it just melts enough :) Very delicious
Twirls are one of my favorites because Cadbury chocolate from the U.K is the best! I was particularly pleased to see how carefully wrapped the product arrived. Its flakey chocolate but it arrived in tact. I will be ordering from the British Pantry again as everything i have received from them,i have been pleased with. I have used several sites that sell British goods in the U.S.A. but the British Pantry is my new " go to"

Cadbury Twirl consists of 2 light & airy chocolate sticks enrobed in cadbury chocolate. It is a british classic & delightful taste. Would highly recommend this.
Everything was delicious. Looking for a soft ice-cream cone.
