Did not achieve goal of protectant. Cs made it right though!
Order arrived on time and in good shape. Used the the Heat Protection option.
Came in a nice box to keep it fresh

My parcel travelled from California to Florida over quite a few days so by the time it arrived the package was no longer cool but thankfully there was a sticker on the box saying protect from heat so I assume the Post Office tried to do that. They arrived on a Monday so I am not sure where it spent the weekend. Nothing was melted even though I did order a few chocolate items so I was happy about that.

I was so pleased with installation, my chocolate item came in perfect condition, nothing had melted.

We're very sorry to hear your chocolate arrived melted despite purchasing our Summer Heat-Protective Packaging. While our packaging is designed to help reduce the risk of melting during transit, unfortunately it can't completely prevent melting during periods of extreme summer heat.
We've already refunded the cost of the heat-protective packaging and have also reached out to you directly to arrange a replacement for the biscuits. As a small family-owned business, we're continually working to improve our packaging and shipping processes, and we truly appreciate your feedback.

Everything arrived without anything melted or ruined from the heat.
